Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CreatorHub Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CreatorHub Studio is a multi-platform creator analytics dashboard that allows content creators to:

  • Connect and monitor multiple YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok channels
  • View aggregated analytics and performance metrics
  • Track revenue data (where applicable)
  • Receive AI-powered insights and recommendations
  • Access historical performance data

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Register for an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Third-Party Platform Connections

When you connect third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) to CreatorHub:

  • You authorize us to access your analytics data through official APIs
  • You must have the right to share data from connected accounts
  • You can revoke access at any time through your account settings
  • We comply with each platform's API terms of service

Note: We are not affiliated with YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or ByteDance. These platforms may change their APIs or terms at any time, which could affect our Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Scrape, crawl, or collect data through automated means
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to violate any third-party rights

6. Beta Service

CreatorHub Studio is currently in beta. This means:

  • Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice
  • The Service may experience downtime or bugs
  • Data displayed may occasionally be inaccurate or delayed
  • We appreciate your feedback to help improve the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data), is owned by CreatorHub Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

You retain all rights to your own content and analytics data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely for providing the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Analytics data will be 100% accurate at all times
  • The Service will meet all your requirements
  • Any errors will be corrected immediately

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATORHUB STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Any damages arising from your use of the Service

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Fail to pay any applicable fees (when applicable)

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CreatorHub Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
